Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Hobbii account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused yarn, patterns, or tools in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
